Datsun - Datsun Cherry
The first generation of Datsun Cherry 1970 - 1977 was known as the E10 (called by various names of Datsun Cherry, 1000, 100A and 120A) was available as a 1 litre A10 or 1.2 litre A12.
Second generation F10 introduced in 1974 had the same power plant but also a larger 1.4 litre A14. These cars sold in Europe with the 1 litre size being the Datsun 100A-FII with the 1.2 litre version called the Datsun 120A F-II. Production continued to 1978.
From1978 the Datsun Cherry Mk3 N10 and from 1982 the Mk4 N12 which was manufactured to 1986.
Tyre size for the Datsun Cherry: The earliest Cherry models to 1978 were fitted with 12" wheels, while the Datsun Cherry from 1978 were fitted with 13 inch wheels, and depending on the model was either supplied with 155R13 or for the larger 1.3 engine the 175/70R13 tyre size.
