The 155R13 tyre is the radial replacement for the cross ply size 5.60x13, these tyres being fitted to many of the smaller capacity cars in period. For those requiring a wider version of this 155R13 size, we also make the 175/70VR13 tyre (same diameter but with wider tread and overall width).

The 155R13 was the original tyre size fitment for many cars, but today most car owners fit a larger 165R13 tyre due to the hideous price of the only available Michelin 155R13, which cost some £240 including tax, each, which isn't far off £1,000 for four! Note that many of the cars using 155R13 size started off fitted with the 5.60x13 tyre which was nominally 600mm diameter in period, so making our 155R13 Blockley on the top diameter tolerance allowable for this radial ply tyre size makes the gearing as close as possible to the original - whereas other brands of 155R13 tyres available have skimped on this by having smaller diameters.
