Bugatti - Bugatti T43
The Bugatti Type 43 was a fast tourer introduced in 1927 using a detuned version of the 35B engine, using a different lower crankcase - it was supposedly capable of 100mph. The 43 was available until 1932 with the differently bodied T43A.
Bugatti Type 43 tyre size was originally 5.00x19, fitted to the alloy wheel which now had a larger brake drum. Our high quality good speed rated Blockley 5.00x19 is the most authentic and correct tyre that you could fit to a Type 43. These tyres really are the best tyres available, and better still at a fraction of the cost of a Michelin or pretty much anything else - this is only because we sell our tyres direct to the end user, garages and restoration shops and avoid the use of the Classic tyre wholesalers.
