Lagonda - Lagonda M45
At around the same time as the little Lagonda 1100cc car was being made, at the other end of the scale was the new 4 1/2 litre Meadows engined M45 introduced from 1933. This model allowed much larger bodies to be made, and the most popular open tourer body was designed in house and called the T7. A tweaked version by new arrival WO Bentley, won the Le Mans endurance race in 1935.
