Opel - Opel Commodore
The Opel Commodore was built from 1967, with the first series, known as Commodore A, being produced up to 1971. Based on the Opel Rekord, the Commodore was the up market Opel model with 2.2 litre six cylinder engine. Bodywork options were either the 2 door fastback, or the 4 door body.
Opel Commodore tyre size for cars up to 1973 was 165R14. Blockley produces a period correct 165HR14 tyre with good speed rating with steel belt construction - see full details below. A wider version of this tyre which we also produce is the 185/70VR14 size, again dtails below:
