Renault - Renault 20

The Renault 20 (R20) was introduced in 1975 as the larger replacement for their Renault 16. The R20 came in 3 specifications of the base model 20L, the better equipped 20TL and the 20GTL.  By 1977 the more powerful 20TS was available with a larger 2 litre engine and was voted car of the year in 1978 by "What Car". For 1979 there was a Renault 20 LS with higher trim specification, and later that year two diesel models R20 TD and and R20 GTD. For 1980 the Renault 20 TX was introduced with a larger 2.2 litre engine. The Renault 20 was listed until 1984.
