Volkswagen - Volkswagen 411
The Volkswagen 411 was the first of the VW Type 4 models, which was put in production from 1968. This was Volkswagens large 4 door car, with new styling by Pininfarina, that used the air cooled 1679 cc engine in the rear of the car. Shortly after from 1969 they became the fuel injected 411E was introduced (the same power unit was used in the Porsche 914) at which time the single headlamp arrangement of the bodywork gave way to double headlamps. Production of the Volkswagen 411 carried on until 1972.
Volkswagen 411 original tyre size was 155R15, while the Volkswagen 411E Variant had the marginally larger 165R15 tyre size.
