Bugatti - Bugatti Type 30
The Bugatti Type 30 was Bugattis first large scale production 8 cylinder, a 2 litre model available from 1922. It utilised the lengthened T23 type chassis, with the engine based on teh specials built for Indianapolis (which were planned to have roller bearing engines, but didnt).
Tyre size for Bugatti Type 30. We have supplied many sizes of tyres to owners of Bugatti T30, from 30x31/2, 820x120, our 440/450x21, and larger 5.25x21(although I would personally stick with the smaller 21" ), to tyres for an ex Australian car which was fitted from new with 23" wheels which we supplied 32x4 1/2. Cars sent to far away places with rough rouads were often supplied with larger diameter wheels prsumably for extra ground clearance. Blockley produces 60 tyre sizes currently, so whatever you are thinking of we probably have in stock. And remember that the quality, authenticity and handling of a Blockley is second to none. Our reasonable prices are only because we sell our Blockley direct to the end user and restoration shops, avoiding the Classic tyre wholesalers and their mark ups.
