Renault - Renault 18
The Renault 18 was built from 1978 as the model to take over from the 12 which had been introduced 9 years earlier. A 4 door saloon originally 1397cc 18TL and 18GTL , and later 1674cc Renault 18GTL. There was also the 18TS, 18LS and 18 GTS depending on the options offered. A diesel version 18TD was introduced in 1980.
