Wolseley - Edwardian and Vintage Wolseley models
Wolseley built a vast number of models starting in 1898. While Wolseley specialised in the larger capacity cars, they also made smaller capacity machinery where the demand became strong. The sheer variety of types they offered may have been detrimental to the firms actual profitability! Below are some examples of these models, along with the tyre sizes they were originally fitted with. But note how so many of these Wolseleys were originally fitted with weird and wonderful tyre sizes we have never even heard of, so clearly any survivors today will potentially have had their wooden wheels remachined or remade to take sizes that were available, and wire wheels altered to different rims.
